The philosophy of Intuitive Painting (or Process Painting) is that we are all naturally creative & we have something inside us that is authentically ours, wanting to be expressed. A regular diet of creative self-expression is an important and often underutilized tool for those of us on a path of spiritual and personal growth. 
Our creativity is a means by which we can access and express the deepest parts of who we are. It is connected to our internal guidance system, our intuition. Finding our unique creative expression keeps us viscerally connected to what is passionate, vital, and meaningful in our lives. This approach to painting is not oriented towards learning artistic techniques. Its unique focus is on working with the flow of the creative process itself, which allows us to connect more deeply with ourselves in a powerful, nonverbal way that can lead to experiences of joyful transformation.
Learning to trust and embrace our unique and natural creative style in a supportive atmosphere free of comparison and judgment can bring an increased sense of self-acceptance and compassionate attunement to our soul's purpose.
No art experience is necessary.

SoulCollage®Workshop

SoulCollage® is a process of creating, over time, a personal deck of unique, collaged cards from found and personal images for the primary purpose of self-exploration, self-acceptance, and soul-tending.
SoulCollage® is a fun, engaging, deep and illuminating process that is all at once a form of creative play, self-care and personal reflection.
The cards that you make contain images you select – or images that select you – and come straight through your Soul, bypassing the mind.
Your SoulCollage® deck becomes like a journal. It is a way to know yourself and a way to reveal yourself to others.
Absolutely no art experience is necessary. The SoulCollage® process is simple and fun. There is no wrong or right way. Anyone able to manage scissors and glue can create beautiful cards and enjoy sharing them with others.

SoulCollage® cards are arranged into four suits that represent
- The Committee Suit- the psychological dimension (our personality)
- The Council Suit- the archetypal dimension
- The Community Suit - the social dimension (our relationships)
- The Companion Suit - the energetic dimension.

After completing a card, we access the wealth of information that each card holds through the “I Am The One Who…” exercise. Using this process, we step into the central images on the card and speak from within the image. We intuitively let it voice its message and express its unique identity and energy.
Once you’ve made a number of cards you can begin consulting them for guidance and wisdom regarding issues in your life. The cards “speak” to you from the different dimensions within yourself, the different parts of yourself mirror and guide you. It is you guiding you, in an empowering inside-out process.
